Linking up with Jodi with a portrait of each of my children once every week for 2016.
Kitty: The first of my gymnasts this week; you’re clearly enjoying getting to go to Mummy and Me and More at the gym with your brother and sister. We bought you this swing as your first birthday present and I love that five years later you’re just as excited about it as you were that first day you saw it and squeaked in excitement for a full ten minutes, even it seems to be used more for the bars on the side than swinging itself. It’s still one of the best things we ever bought you.

Elma: And speaking of flip overs, this is your latest trick. You’re hanging upside down from the side brace bar of the swing with your knees tucked over the bar and your hands hanging on tight. It’s your favourite party trick – even when wearing a skirt (hence the cropping!)

Pip:And last but by no means least, someone is training for the high bar. You’re pretty good at hanging on and swinging but every now and then you land on the grass with a soft bump and look slightly puzzled as to how you got there.
