Linking up with Jodi with a portrait of each of my children once every week for 2016.

Space for the Butterflies - the 52 project of weekly portraits

Kitty: most of the time you look exactly like a little miniature version of your father with long hair, but in your expressions and posture you’re getting more like me – and this is such a me pose (scroll down to the second picture on this post !). Half an eye on the cricket, head in a book, leaning on a duck, and with a photo bombing brother in the background – that’s my girl!

Elma: I have so many pictures of your sister wearing this dress. It was her third birthday dress, she loved it, and I’m so glad that it fits you now in time for this summer and it gets to be twirled in once more.

Pip: Never, ever, still. Even in the crazy heat of a cricket afternoon – enough said!
