Linking up with Jodi with a portrait of each of my children once every week for 2015.

Kitty: Try as you might you just weren’t quite tall enough even to jump up to reach the sail but you were quite determined to do it and loath to give up. Long may you stay that focussed on your dreams.

Elma: It’s another tree stump picture again this week; you run to it every time we go up to that part of the garden and perch there like a wood sprite.  This week we started going to a new playgroup, one that really works for both you and your brother (a rare thing indeed), and I love watching you be the big sister for a while.  Taking you out of nursery for my maternity leave was one of the best decisions we made, I really enjoy watching you be the leader not the follower and spending more time with you the couple of days a week when your sister is off planning to take over the world.

Pip: You are so so nearly crawling.  You can get up on all fours and rock back and forth and back and forth and occasionally you do a little bunny hop forwards and look very pleased with yourself. You just haven’t quite got the one leg after the other thing but I can tell it will be any day now.  For now though, rocking and just enjoying the view and the attentions of your big sisters to bring you everything you could ever need seems to suit you rather well.

And as it’s voting season I would be truly grateful and honoured if you would consider voting for me in the MADs Blog Awards for Pregnancy Blog, Baby Blog, Preschool Blog and/or Writer.  I promise I won’t keep asking so much it gets annoying but as I’m only eligible for the baby and pregnancy categories this year (unless I have another baby which seems a bit extreme) I have to ask!  You can nominate here, you only need to give an email address and it takes mere moments – thank you x
