Linking up with Jodi with a portrait of each of my children once every week for 2015.
Kitty: We call this The Singing House, it’s a little memorial folly in the park and as it’s empty inside apart from a statue it has great acoustics. Every time we go to the park you run on ahead to go and sing into it and hear your voice echoing back out again, much to the amusement of some ladies near by this week, although that may have been the sudden jump from “All in an Easter Garden” to “Let it Go”.

Elma: My high speed little girl. You don’t walk if you can run or sit if you can climb. Unless we particularly need to get somewhere fast, but that’s the way of toddlerhood and we’ve just started to leave really early for church. This is the same park as your photo from last week and it’s looking absolutely glorious at the moment so we’ve been visiting regularly to run and hide and count ducklings and it’s currently one of your favourite places.

Pip: Oh what a bookworm you’re turning out to be. Literally in this case, you were trying to wiggle backwards into the bookcase having previously emptied all of the contents onto the floor around you. You like chewing books and turning the pages and it’s lovely to feel you snuggle into my lap for a story.
