Linking up with Jodi with a portrait of each of my children once every week for 2015.
Kitty: This week you have loved running around in the sunshine, you always want to be outside, and preferably with muddy feet. You’ve loved having Daddy home to play with and your absolute highlight was a trip to the park just you and Daddy, that may or may not have included a sneaky ice cream.

Elma: My little wood nymph. You were fascinated by the pond at your grandparents’ house, peering in to spot one of the two big gold koi carp that roam around in the bottom, and on a very hot sunny day I can see why the wall became your favourite spot. You look so very at home, as if you might just have materialised out of the trees behind you, a fairy in cloud leggings and a lion t-shirt.

Pip: My chief appreciator of knitwear, or possibly just crochet blankets in progress. You love being out in the sunshine and if I tie a bundle of our playsilks together and suspend them from the corner of the washing line you think it’s the most exciting thing ever.
