Look at the size of that stump! Is that in your backyard? Looks like a fall day for us. šŸ™‚ Hope you have a wonderful week-end. xo

I wish!! No, it’s a little children’s area tucked away in the woodland garden at Charlecote Park (a National Trust property near us) – it’s full of all sorts of things to climb on and hideaway in including this secret fairy glen!

what a nice spring morning, at least it does look like spring rains and not too cold weather, thank you for visiting

    • Carie 20/02/2015 at 9:28 pm

Well it was rain not snow so compared to a lot of people it was decidedly warm! After several hours of wandering around in the rain it did feel a bit chilly though!

Aw…pretty sweet. She almost looks like a little fairy sitting on a giant toadstool, the way she is positioned behind/over the stump!

    • Carie 20/02/2015 at 9:29 pm

Well the seats around the stump have definitely been set up so you can play fairy glen I think šŸ™‚

Love how the photo is framed by the bushes…now she just needs some fairy wings and a tea-set to set the scene. She must be concentrating on something – that tongue!

    Have a wonderful weekend! šŸ™‚

I’d love to know what she was thinking about – I think she might have been trying to taste the rain!

Oh my goodness it’s like a little fairy dinner table complete with stump chairs. Is it in your garden!? Elma looks like she’s waiting for her fairy picnic to arrive. šŸ™‚

I can only dream of it being my garden – it’s Charlecote Park – one of our local gardens away from home courtesy of the National Trust!

Such a nice capture, this huge stump from a tree that must have been very old, and little Elma with a whole life ahead of her!

      thank you šŸ™‚

I’m finally starting my catch up! And a lovely one to start with – I like that tongue sticking out, does she do that when she concentrates or is there some raindrop catching going on?

    • Carie 23/02/2015 at 10:11 pm

I’m not sure, but I’m going to suspect raindrops!

Great capture, the damp green is a sight for snow blind eyes! The look on her face is just precious!

    • Carie 23/02/2015 at 10:07 pm

Ah see I’d love some snow – the grass is always greener it seems (or should that be whiter!)
