I’ve never seen a swing like this one. I bet we could fit three of us grownups on it. How fun would that be!

It’s 15*F this morning. It won’t be long before ice covers the stream.

Oh you can fit loads of people on, it’s like a giant saucer – they’re great for taking really little kids on for their first swing because you can hold them and lie back while someone else pushes gently – it’s bliss!

Oh, this is SO much fun!

It really was – I was half tempted to join in but the hand not taking the photo is also pushing Elma on her swing!

Wow, what a cool swing! I’d love to try it!

It’s one of my favourite too!

What a GREAT shot! I hope that is on it,s way to being framed and put on the wall. Just so much fun.
    Wishing you a great week-end!

I’m definitely tempted to add that to the ever increasing ‘frame me’ list!

Beautiful colors. Most of my favorite pictures of my toddler are him with his papa. There are very few of him and me. I hope you got a turn on the swing too.

Thank you 🙂 I didn’t get a go this time but I’m sure I will when Pip’s a bit bigger!

Brilliant photo, so hard to capture on swings! Those enormous saucers swings are great, our favourites too – especially since I’m sure more traditional swings have shrunk since I was younger, they always used to fit my ‘behind’ but now not so comfortably! Must be evidence of the public spending cuts I think!

They have definitely shrunk the other swings since I was little – I don’t fit comfortably either! What I really want to find are the swings I think they have at centre parks with a baby seat at either end of a big adult swing so you can swing the whole family!!

Such, such fun! I wish we had one of these in our backyard! 🙂

Oh me too – or even just at the park nearest to us would be nice, but it’s definitely worth the little drive to get there!
