Living Arrows: a little moment of the week to pause, savour and treasure
We sat on the picnic blanket, Pip in front of us going through the contents of my handbag, Elma off twirling in the distance before running and flinging herself into my lap, and Kitty turned to me,
“Can I take some pictures please Mummy?”
“Sure.” I replied, and handed it over.
At cricket, where there’s only grass to soften any inadvertent bumps, Kitty won’t come to any harm, or rather the camera won’t and she’s getting more and more responsible with it, the more access she gets. I set it to P, and we had a chat about getting whatever she wants in focus in between the little black lines on the viewfinder and she was off.
I’ve got quite a few pictures of the cricket match, lots of everyone coming off for drinks, and a good handful of the corner of the scorers’ box, but she’s also captured some incredibly sweet shots. So this week’s Living Arrows is brought to you by Kitty:
Life at the level of a four year old; a four year old whose little brother adores her!
